Ranked by what matters, for the area on screen. Each line shows how old it actually is — this board holds four hours of dispatch, a day of fire and 311, and only this moment of traffic and aircraft.
Do not use this board to make safety decisions. Dispatch data is published on a delay — police calls are held back ten minutes by policy, fire and EMS calls are a daily batch — and it is incomplete by design. If you need help, call 911. If you are reporting a city problem, call 311.
Everything here is republished as its source published it. Feeds are late, wrong, missing and withdrawn without notice, and this board cannot correct any of that. Every marker states its source, its age and its known limits — read them before relying on anything. Scheduled times are schedules, not observations. Positions between updates are interpolated between two reported points.
sfpulse.live is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the City and County of San Francisco, SFMTA, SFPD, SFFD, BART, Caltrans, MTC, PG&E, NOAA, the FAA, or any other organisation whose public data appears here. Agency names and marks are used only to identify the source of the data they publish.
No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies. Your layer choices and language are stored in this browser only. If you use “Locate me”, the coordinate is used to move the map in this tab and is never transmitted to this server or stored anywhere.
Nothing on this board is for sale and it carries no advertising. That is a licence condition for several of the sources below, not only a preference.

Games from MLB and TheSportsDB; street events from SFMTA permits via DataSF. Standing arrangements — parklets, school streets, permanent closures — are filtered out, so this is things happening rather than things permitted. Times are scheduled and move.
Live public feeds for San Francisco on one map. Every layer shows how fresh it actually is — nothing here pretends to be more current than its source.
Tap any marker for its source, its age, and what its limits are. Tap a chip below the map to turn a layer on or off — your choices are remembered on this device.
